Return Policy

Products purchased from GrabHud must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• All original tags must be intact
• The product must be returned with original packaging
• Courier receipt, invoice, and any other accompanying documents must be included

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is successfully received and inspected by GrabHud, the refund will be initiated immediately.

• Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment or the chosen refund method
• The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services

Due to the nature of services provided by GrabHud,
NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION requests will be entertained once the payment for services has been made.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled only under the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Once the order is processed after 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be entertained

OR

• Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped or dispatched
• Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted
• However, returns are possible as per the Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

GrabHud ships products to most parts of India.

• Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Shipping is operational on all days except Sundays and National Holidays

Delivery Timelines

• For locations serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days
• For other locations, shipments may be sent via India Post or regional courier services and may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, there may be unforeseen delays due to logistics issues beyond our control. GrabHud is not liable for such delays and requests customer cooperation in such cases.

In rare situations where:

• Delivery takes unusually long, or
• The shipment becomes physically untraceable

GrabHud reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion and issue a full refund to the original payment source.
